[[Kerry]] visited in November 2013. I didn't see a menu as my dining companion (who is fluent in Spanish) simply asked what the day's dishes were; every other group in the restaurant also seemed to speak Spanish and I'm not sure whether a menu exists.
The chicken escalope [http://www.flickr.com/photos/kerrypolka/10950087486/ photo] came with beans, rice, a plaintain and salad, and was juicy and tender. The beans were excellent (and cooked with meat, FAO vegetarians). Two escalope plates (chicken and pork) and two sweet drinks were £11 total.

There is also a wall of groceries against the back including Colombian biscuits, soft drinks, cooking sauces and other things that looked like "home goods you can't get in the UK".

Accessibility:
I don't remember there being a step up into the restaurant but from the photo it looks like there is a small ramp up. Unsure whether there are public loos.
