Liam Og's was a community Irish pub on Walworth Road. It closed down sometime around the end of 2008/beginning of 2009. As of mid-2009 it reopened as Banana's Bar, which closed in 2013. The information below is retained for people who want to know what it was like as Liam Og's. <div class="old_info"> Community Irish pub on Walworth Road. This pub is very linear with a succession of stairs up to the toilets at the back. There is only one stair to the bar though. It is quite atmospheric, with old signs and wood. secretlondon visited in September 2008. I had a pint of Courage Directors (£2.50/pint), a pint of John Smiths Extra Smooth (£2.40), and a packet of crisps (60p). It was quiet, with old men reading papers. The television was showing horse racing, and was later turned over to the football but it was Northern Ireland playing on Sky rather than the England game (on Setanta?). <div class="last_verified">Last visited by secretlondon, 10 September 2008.</div> </div>
