Getting here: Just before the final set of escalators taking you out of Canary Wharf Tube Station, there are some doors on the right taking you into the Canada Place shopping centre. Go through these, follow everything along (this involves going up an escalator) and shortly after you turn left at the top of the escalator you should see Itsu on your left.
