Off licence on Coldharbour Lane in Brixton.
secretlondon was in Brixton one Saturday night looking for decent beer to take away. I saw an advertising board for this place — a small shop on Coldharbour Lane, offering craft beer and "100 whiskies to try before you die". It didn't look gentrified, always a good thing.
It stocked a fair range of craft beer and bottled real ale. Not in the same league as the specialist places but more than I'd expect from a local off licence. A photo of some of it is here. They sell some local Brixton Brewery beer, Brewdog, something from Chelsea and some from east London. secretlondon wouldn't make a special trip to Brixton to come here but it's not bad if you are looking for beer to take home.
