A large, imposing pub near Clapham Junction Station.

Its very long bar (claimed to be Britain's longest) usually has half a dozen or so real ales, plus many of the other usual drinks. Beers available on bob's visit in February 2008 were Black Sheep (£2.70), Spitfire, Bombardier, Harveys Best, Landlord, and Deuchars IPA. On a November 2008 visit there was Spitfire, Broadside, Stonehenge Eye opener and another one whose name I couldn't quite see. There may have been more but I didn't get round to that bit of the bar.

Typical pub food, at typical prices, is served lunchtimes and evenings.

It has big screens for major sports events (Champions League, rugby internationals, etc.).
