Pub in Earlsfield.

It has three separate rooms inside, all connected. The lounge bar seats around 25 people, 6 of them on high stools. The public bar is mainly high stools, but does have one normal-height table. In between these is a small nook with a dartboard and a few more high stools. There's also a (very) small courtyard-style beer garden at the side.

Bare floorboards give way to black and white tiles in a thin strip around the bar, and the windows are etched and dimpled glass. Flatscreens are here and there.

We've visited twice now, both times in October 2018. When bob visited on a Wednesday evening there were just a few people in. Sport was showing on the screens in both bars, and music was playing relatively quietly. When Kake visited on a Thursday afternoon there were just two other customers at 1:30pm, with two more wandering in later, apparently regulars. Music was playing, not too loud.

There are six handpumps on the bar, which on our Wednesday evening visit were clipped for Sharp's Doom Bar (£4.30/pint) and Three Sods Session IPA (£4.70/pint), with four more either "coming soon" or "back soon": Twickenham Naked Ladies, Butcombe Gold, Sambrook's Wandle, and By The Horns Hopadelic. On our Thursday afternoon visit a week later, the combination had shifted slightly, wih Three Sods Session IPA and Twickenham Naked Ladies on and the others "back soon".

According to the Country House website as of October 2018, they don't do full meals but they do offer bar snacks like pork pies, scotch eggs, and sausage rolls. On Kake's Thursday afternoon visit they didn't have any of these available but they did have some very tasty smoked almonds (£2 for a generous portion).

Dog-friendliness: On one of our visits we noticed a jar of dog treats, so it looks like dogs are welcome.

Accessibility: Step-free access via the lounge bar entrance, but there's a step from here to the toilets.
