Samuel Smith's pub in Fitzrovia near Regent Street.
An anonymous contributor comments: I was there briefly last night (Wednesday 30 January 2008, about 7pm). Nice place, convenient for Oxford Circus tube, though it was packed. They do food in the evenings as well (though probably only upstairs).
Food is served noon-3pm and 5:30pm-8:30pm Monday to Thursday, and noon-3pm Friday.
