Now Closed. Sold to Buddha Bar.

Relatively famous rib place in Knightsbridge, relaunched in mid-2008 across the road from the original location.

It consists of a restaurant and bar split across two floors, and it can seat a lot of people.

bob, Martin and Phil visited on a Thursday night in November 2009. There was no problem finding us a table; it was busy but nowhere near full.

We all went for a full rack of meaty St Louis cut ribs (£16.75) which came with a small pot of coleslaw and a smallish bit of corn on the cob. The corn was either very tender or overcooked. The ribs were meaty and tasty. The BBQ sauce was fine, and they did ask if we wanted more; we did, and they brought it in a gravy dish. We also asked for some chilli sauce so they provided us with a gravy dish of the sauce they do the buffalo wings in. French fries (£3) were suitably crispy and a decent portion size. We also had the "manslaw" (£4) as a side because its combination of cheese, meat and jalapenos appealed to us. This was actually really good.

For dessert bob had a key lime pie (£5) which was fine. Martin and Phil had the cheesecake (£5). They were out of both the special daily cheesecake and the apple pie.

They have a small range of bottled American craft beer at £4.20 a bottle. We enjoyed the Goose Island IPA and the Brooklyn Lager. Phil also had a banana milkshake (£3.95).

Accessibility: No step to the entrance, but there are stairs to both floors from there. Toilets are downstairs. There's a wheelchair-sized stairlift from the ground floor to the toilets, so there may also be a wheelchair-compatible lift to the dining area.
