Fuller's Ale & Pie House near Smithfield Market and the Museum of London. The interior is quite interesting photo, with frosted glass screens and a wrought-iron spiral staircase. The ladies' loos have unusual sinks.

Kake and doop visited late on a Wednesday evening, a little after 10pm. A pint of Discovery and a pint of Pride came to £6. The lights were dim, and there were candles on the tables. Bizarrely, the tables were laid with knives and forks and napkins, and the staff relaid one of the tables while we were there. Maybe they were going to start serving food very very early the next morning?

Food is served noon-9pm Monday to Friday.

Comment added by her welshness: Hmmm... not enough bar staff to serve you. It's OK!
