The beer is drinkable, though there's not really much space.

Note: Despite reports that Punch Taverns have sold the Britannia to property developers, according to the LondonSE1 forums (bottom of page) this only affects the accommodation above the pub, and as of late 2009 there are no plans to close the pub itself.
