It's fairly easy to guess what the premises of this Lower Clapton bar used to be, and it's located on what (if you're a journalist) was once referred to as 'Murder Mile'. Yet Biddle Bros is a friendly bar which is relaxed and pleasant with friendly bar staff, though later in the evenings can get quite busy.

The seating includes some roughly-hewn tables which are a little too short for the seats, and comfy couches which snake around the wall in a slightly awkward way. The space includes room for a DJ and occasionally there are live performances. There's a smoking area out back.

On tap are no real ales, but Staropramen, Guinness and a couple of other standard lagers. There's a few wine options as well but there's not a huge variety of drinks, but it's your best bet for Lower Clapton Road.
