| The Balham Arms was a Metropolitan Pub Company ([[Category Greene King|Greene King]]) pub on Balham High Road in [[Locale Balham|Balham]]. It has now closed. As of June 2017 the premises are occupied by a bar and shisha lounge called Balham House. Prior to a March 2011 refurb, it was [[davorg]]'s favourite pub in Balham for a Sunday lunch, with a friendly atmosphere, but we haven't visited since to check how it's changed.
