Note that although it's part of Romford Shopping Hall, this unit is accessed from just outside the main hall, to the left of the entrance.
They specialise in furnishing fabrics, fancy dress fabrics, cotton prints, and polyester/cotton blends, all at reasonable prices. They also offer a curtain-making service.
When Kake visited to buy some fabric for trouser-making in September 2017, service was welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were careful to make sure I knew what I was doing, without being at all patronising.
Accessibility: No steps in, but it's small and cluttered inside with little room to move about.
