Samuel Smith's pub in Bermondsey, on a side street near Tower Bridge. The London-SE1 forums suggest that it does good food and has a sun trap courtyard. Pubs.com says it's open noon-11pm daily with food being served noon-9pm, but I don't know how reliable this data is.
