Thai restaurant on King Street near Stamford Brook Station.

bob visited on a tuseday lunchtime with a co-worker and managed to get a table. There were a few tables already reserved.(They were expecting 2 large groups). To our disappointment they were only serving the quick lunch menu (£4.50 a drink 50p) on our visit. This has about 8 items on it. Any dish can be with mixed vegetbales instead of meat. I had the beef penang photo. It was very good. Small but not bad for the price. it was certainly spicy given that tge only vegetabel matter in it was chillis. The jasmine tea was fine. We did get a pot of it for our 50p each.

Jack enjoyed his green curry. We felt that it probaly wasnt worth the walk for the lunch menu. Since yupa's is closer. However we were intrigued by some of the special dishes. I suspect a chef may a have been off and also 2 larges groups were expected.

The menu is quite large and has a special section at the back where there are things like catfish curry and ox liver curry. There is a specials board but its written in thai with no translations.

The restaurant can seat about 30.
