A local tapas restaurant in [[Locale Camden Town|Camden Town]].

This colourful restaurant extends quite far back into the building, with a few tables up by the front windows, and then a large, long room down a few steps behind the bar area. Decoration is not too overstated, though the name is spelled out along all the walls in metal lettering.

On [[Ewan]] and Jo's Sunday lunchtime visit, there were no more than 10-15 diners, so we had no trouble getting a table.  This also meant service was particularly attentive, and we found our waiter chirpy and friendly.  The request for a glass of water was fulfilled with no further prompting required, and a jug of water was brought to our table.  The bill came with some mints.

There's a good looking wine list which we didn't sample, and some Spanish lagers but nothing particularly stand-out (San Miguel, Cruzcampo, Mahou, Corona).

On Sundays, they do a special of any paella for two, with a bottle of house wine for &pound;24.95. (The ordinary price for paella for two ranges from &pound;14.95 for the vegetarian to &pound;19.95 for the seafood.)

For a place with this name, it has a surprisingly long list of vegetarian tapas dishes, most of which feature cheese (certainly no problem for me).  The food itself is perfectly tasty, and comes out very promptly.  The aubergine dish was nicely cooked and swathed in melted cheese; likewise the peppers.  Blue cheese croquettes were crispy outside and melty inside as you'd expect, with some fairly mild dipping sauce.  All these dishes were priced at around &pound;4.25-4.75 (which was the price of the most expensive vegetarian tapas dish).

As far as local eating options go, this is perfectly good for the area and none too expensive.
