Indian takeaway on Chatsworth Road in [[Locale Clapton|Clapton]].  They also do delivery, and you can order online [http://www.just-eat.co.uk/restaurants-delispice/menu via Just Eat] or [http://hungryhouse.co.uk/deli-spice via Hungry House].  According to their Hungry House page, they are halal.

[[Bec]] ordered a selection of sundries and side dishes in June 2012.

The garlic rice (&pound;2.50) was extremely impressive, with browned slices of fresh garlic throughout, perfectly cooked and giving it smoked flavour. Chilli cheese naan (&pound;1.80) was also a fantastic choice &#8212; not too oily, lots of chilli flakes, and just the right amount of cheese.

A starter of dal soup (&pound;2) was a thick consistency, much like most restaurants' tarka dal, but without onions. This went perfectly with the garlic rice. Sag paneer (&pound;3.25) was creamy but not overly sweet, with big chunks of cheese. Mixed vegetable curry (&pound;2.75) was far too oily and a bit bland and disappointing considering the high bar everything else set.

[[Bec]]'s verdict: I would definitely order again. The delivery was fast and the food filling and cheap. I really do recommend the sundries.
