Pub in East Molesey.
It's fairly trendy inside, with lots of dark wood, dark grey paint, and elaborate lighting fixtures. Framed historical photos of the area are mounted on the walls, some of them far too high up to actually look at properly.
There were four real ales on: Portobello Star (£2/half), Sharp's Atlantic (£2/half), Windsor & Eton Eton Boatman, and Greene King IPA. They also had keg taps for things including Redwell Hells Lager and Aspall Harry Sparrow cider.
According to their website as of August 2015, food is served noon-10pm Mon-Fri, 10am-10pm Sat, and noon-9pm Sun photo of lunch menu in Sep 2015.
In September 2015, Kake tried a starter from the lunch menu: breaded salt beef scrumpet with beetroot pickle and horseradish cream (£7.50) photo. I had to Google to find out what a scrumpet was, as the menu offered no clues; turns out it's shredded cooked meat shaped into a rectangle, coated with egg and flour or breadcrumbs, and then fried. The salt beef itself was perhaps not quite as tender as would have been ideal, and very little fat was included, making it drier than necessary. The coating was nicely crisp, though. The horseradish cream was suitably pungent, and the beetroot was nicely sweet and sour. It felt a little large for a starter portion at lunch; it might have been better to offer a smaller portion at a lower price.
There's free WiFi via The Cloud (requires registration, but doesn't seem to validate the details you provide).
According to their website as of August 2015, quiz night is Monday from 8pm.
Accessibility: Steps at the front entrance, but there's step-free access via a ramp and a heavy door at the side. Once you're in, there's an accessible toilet on the level. There's a half-flight of steps with a sturdy handrail to the other toilets, and one of the cubicles in the ladies' has a door that opens out.
