Indian takeaway with online ordering via Hungry House and Just Eat. This may well be a restaurant: Google Streetview has it as a restaurant called Cafe Zia, and the delivery driver also used the name Cafe Zia. secretlondon thinks this maybe the takeaway brand of Cafe Zia. Their website lists eight branches as well as Cafe Zia but these may be takeaway/delivery only.

secretlondon ordered one Tuesday evening in June 2009. She had tandoori mixed grill (£11), chilli paneer (£5), kulcha nan (£3) and tomato, onion and coriander salad (£1.20). They say it will take 50 minutes to 1 hour 10 mins for delivery; it arrived almost exactly on the hour.

The food was packaged in heat sealed plastic containers. The mixed grill was described as serving two people and it arrived split exactly in two in two heat sealed containers photo. Each had a slice of lemon and onions at the bottom and contained kebab, lamb chop, a large prawn with shell and the usual chicken and lamb tikka. It was rather nice!

The salad was above average for curry houses and the nan was averagey. In all it was generally a bit more interesting than the average anglo curry slop.

Comment added by Anonymous: Hi - I'm local to the area and have been going to Cafe Zia for quite a while. The address you've got is for the eat-in restaurant called Cafe Zia. However, the owner recently opened another branch on Battersea Rise called Cafe Rasoi, which is takeaway only. Depending on where you live, they'll send the driver/takeaway from the nearest branch.
