Small traditional pub in Marylebone, just off Marylebone Road.

Kake visited on a Monday afternoon in July 2008. Beers available were London Pride (£1.60/half), Spitfire, and Adnams Bitter. Despite the preceding week of hot weather, the Pride tasted fresh and was served at a decently cool temperature. When I arrived a little before 5pm the inside of the pub was empty but there were a couple of people sitting outside, and a few more customers arrived over the next half hour. Service was friendly.

The inside of the pub is fairly dimly lit, but they have several picnic tables outside packed tightly onto the pavement.

Accessibility: Shallow step up and then down at the entrance; level access to toilets, bar, and most of the seating area. Doors to toilets are quite narrow though.
