Another Bangla curry house, but a good one, on Brick Lane. Unlike most of the curry houses on this street, they aren't too pushy out on the street.

Poppadoms are brought right away upon arrival and they take drinks orders swiftly. The menu is extensive as you'd expect, with a number of house specialties (both meat and vegetarian). My brinjal ureebisi gatta uses a kind of bean from Bangladesh and is very tasty, as are my friends' sag brinjal gatta. Meat dishes are also well-received, including popular stand-by chicken tikka masala.
