A decent gay and lesbian friendly bar, on Green Lanes near Newington Green (between Highbury and Stoke Newington), housed in a former pub building.

Inside, the space has been cleared out to form one large room, with the bar at the side, and a small stage area. A DJ booth sits at the back of the stage, and most of the room is cleared of tables to allow dancing. There are still several large and comfortable sofas with tables around the edge of the room opposite the bar.

A retractable screen is sometimes lowered in front of the DJ booth, and there are two other small TV screens. Early one Saturday night Ewan visited, they were using this to show a TV show, but it was retracted soon after as the DJs took over.

A pool table is at the front of the bar, near the front door, and costs £1 to play.

Drinks available at the bar include a small range of premium lagers (Leffe and Staropramen) as well as a few other choices. Wine is competitively priced, with a bottle of house red for £10 (though predictably not particularly great), and there was additional pre-9pm 20% discount. A cocktail list is displayed prominently, with a short range of them available at £6 each.

The atmosphere is convivial and not at all confrontational, with friendly bar staff.
