A treasure trove of a record store in Stoke Newington, with some secondhand books for sale as well.

It's sort of like MVE Notting Hill meets Rat Records in Camberwell — deceptively big, a huge range of genres, and a massive bargain vinyl bin with some 45s going for 25p or less.

The front has loads of boxes of 7" records and LPs, as well as CDs and piles of secondhand books. There are a couple of turntables for trying out the records (as well as some for sale). The room at the back has bargain records, as well as old magazines and the like. Down some rickety old stairs in the basement are the dance-related records.

Service is friendly and personable.
