The shop is on four levels, of which only two are accessible to the general public. The main floor showcases their range of bicycles and components and cycling clothing, while the basement is dedicated to snowboarding and skateboarding. There is a workshop in the upper floors. Access is very much not step-free, with a couple of steps up to the front door and even more down a narrow wooden staircase to the main shop floor, which is quite cramped.
