On a second visit, a Thursday evening in December 2014, the vegetarians in our party were very satisfied with shared orders of the vegetarian mezza selection (£24 for two as a starter; we had three orders of this between four of us as a main). Indeed, the menu [https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/12992487844/ photo 1], [https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/12992200813/ photo 2] includes plenty of vegetarian options, clearly marked (we didn't ask about vegan).

Unfortunately the service on this visit rather marred the evening. The staff member who took our order tried to upsell us fairly aggressively, and although we resisted, we still ended up with more food than we needed. Later in the evening, there were two attempts to clear away our food even though some of us were still eating. It was hard to communicate anything to the staff at this point, since the music had been turned up blaringly loud due to the presence of a belly dancer whose performance seemed to be of great interest to the staff but less so to us and our fellow customers.
Child-friendliness: One highchair available, with tray and straps. No baby change facilities, but there's just about room to change a cooperative toddler on the floor of the toilets. Staff were very friendly towards the toddlers in our party, and didn't mind them exploring the restaurant and garden when they got bored with eating.

[[Kake]]'s verdict: I'm not sure I'd risk coming here again, since the experience seems to be so heavily dependent on which staff members are on duty.

Moroccan and Lebanese restaurant in Stratford, with a shisha garden out the back.

Kake visited on a Tuesday lunchtime in June 2014, accompanied by one adult friend and two toddlers. There were no other customers when we arrived a little before 12:30pm, and only two more arrived during our visit.

We ordered the Moroccan mezza selection for two to share (£27), which included seven hot and cold starters. Our waiter was happy to let us make substitutions in this to ensure our favourite dishes were included. We ended up with a good mix of dishes including tender and flavourful chicken wings, a nicely smooth hummous, a savoury stew of green beans and tomato, some well-judged stuffed vine leaves, and plenty of bread.

The menu photo 1, photo 2 includes plenty of vegetarian options, clearly marked (we didn't ask about vegan). They are licensed, but BYOB is also permitted. They do takeaway and delivery.

Accessibility: A step to get in, and more steps to the shisha garden and the rear part of the interior seating. Toilets are down a flight of stairs.
