On a Friday evening visit in May 2008, six ales were listed (Harvey's Hadlow, Slaters Monkey Magic, Slaters Queen Bee, Adnam's Bitter, Champflower Ale, and Charles Dickens Ale), but only the Adnam's and Monkey Magic were actually on. The latter is a dark ale, quite low alcohol (3.4%) but very tasty. |

All real ales are £2.90. The two Bob had were very good. House red wine is £4, and soda water is £1.
An anonymous commenter (April 2008) notes that there is a "very good selection of real ales, which is changed often, possibly too often. All in all very very good."
