secretlondon visited on a Monday evening in April 2009. I started with golden tofu puffs, which the menu claimed were served with ground peanut in sweet and sour plum sauce. This turned out to be six deep-fried tofu cubes, not marinaded, with a syrupy dip with a few peanuts in. I followed this with chicken pad Thai (£6.75), which was described as sweet and fruity sour. It was pretty tasteless, but I could identify the tamarind if not anything else. To drink, I had black goddess tea (£1.50) which was served in something a bit like a cafetiere.
It felt average in a kind of anglicized way. I suspect they don't make their own sauces.
Accessibility: No step to enter but entrance may be too tight. Some seating on a stage but some on level. Toilets not checked.
