It stocks plenty of fresh items including fruit, vegetables, cheeses, different types of milk, meat, and fish. It also sells storecupboard groceries (vinegars, oils, grains, etc), frozen ready meals, and organic beers, ciders, and wines photo.

There's a wide range of "scoop your own" things such as nuts, seeds, rice photo, quinoa, snacks (e.g. wasabi peanuts, rice crackers, chilli fried broad beans), olives photo, cereals photo, and coffee photo. The staff are happy for you to use your own containers for these, as they're all sold by weight.

The household goods section includes a Ecover refill station photo which on Kake's July 2014 visit had refills for washing up liquid, laundry liquid, and fabric conditioner. It also sells loo rolls and paper towels in compostable wrappers.
