This pub just to the south of Harefield's town centre closed in 2010, according to the Beer In The Evening comments linked below. The August/September 2011 issue of London Drinker reports that it has now been converted to residential use.

There are two entrances to this pub, which sits just off the road with a car park out the front. Each entrance leads to a different space on either side of the building, with the bar in the middle. The two rooms are linked by a corridor where the toilets are located, and each has a handful of tables. Out the back is a large beer garden.

There are three handpulls at the bar, but on a March 2009 visit, none of them were on, though it looked like Courage Directors was one of them. They were also out of Guinness, Fosters and Kronenbourg at our visit, with only Stella and Carling for the lagers, and Strongbow cider on draught. They also had a few other bottled beers as well such as Newcastle Brown Ale.

Service was very friendly and chatty, and there was nothing unwelcoming about the place once inside. A large TV played music videos, but very quietly.

Food is advertised, with a Sunday roast meriting a particularly large billboard (£5.50 for adults, less for children).

There appeared to be no pool table as mentioned on Beer In The Evening. It's possible there was another room upstairs, but it wasn't evident on our visit.
