Tumnan Thai, SW11 5QH

Very good Thai restaurant towards the Clapham end of Battersea. It's not large, seating about 30. The website suggests they do delivery within two miles.

bob and Northern Steve visited on a Thursday evening in February 2009. The restaurant was only half-full when we arrived around 9pm, so getting a table wasn't a problem.

We were brought prawn crackers while perusing the menu. We shared a starter platter to start; all of the items on it were very good. bob's main of lamb kata (£9) was good; the lamb was very tender and tasty. Sticky rice was £2.80. A dessert of pancake with fruit and ice cream was fine.

bob's verdict: The food was really good here and the service was good too. I would certainly come back if I was in the area again.

Accessibility: Toilets are upstairs.
