Cafe and bar at the bottom of Kingsland Road in Shoreditch. It is on the site of what was once Shoreditch station on the North London Line (though the station closed in 1940 and the old platforms finally dismantled in 2005).

This place bills itself as a cafe and whisky bar. On an early evening visit in July 2008, the smell of coffee was strong on entering, and the place has a continental feel to it. Spirits are on display behind the small front counter area, and bottled beers are advertised on the chalkboards but are not on display.

The place is fairly small: the front room has a couple of low tables, and a further room adjoins with more expansive seating. At the back there appears to be a clothing shop attached.

There was little sign of food in the evening except for a few rather meagre salads in a chiller unit.
