Although there is nothing at all substandard about this branch of Oddbins (it has all the usual friendliness and staff expertise), those looking for a bottle of wine in this area are also advised that Eagle's Wines, a local independent wine store, is not far up Lavender Hill, a short distance to the east of here.

Note: Oddbins went into administration in April 2011. Many branches closed, but some were acquired by EFB Ltd, who run a chain of off licences under the name of Whittalls Wines. We're not sure yet if this branch is one of them.
