This was a branch of Eat, a sandwich/soup/pie/salad/coffee shop chain that was sold to Pret A Manger in 2019 and closed down for good in March 2020. (We think this branch might have closed down before the final closure of the chain, but can't confirm this for definite.)
Despite the address, it was actually on Masons Avenue, which is a little alleyway going between Basinghall Street and Coleman Street.
